Levent Shipping moved to Güllük Port in 1995 and continues to work in the following areas with its experienced staff: “International Ship Agency, Road Transport, Cargo and Freight Brokerage, Transshipment Operations of Ships, Loading – Unloading Operations, Repair and Maintenance Works of Ships, Chartering and Operations, tourism, surveillance, sub-agency and all other agency services.”
Levent Shipping was founded in December 1984 in İzmir Dikili Port. With the experience of its founding team, Levent Shippingattained a place in the shipping agency sector in a short time.

Somaklar
Levent Somaklar started his professional life at İhsan Berkin Ferry Agency located in İzmir Port in 1971-1972. He worked at the Motorcular Shipping Agency company as an officer in the agency services for Turkish and foreign flagged commercial ships in İzmir-Aliağa Nemrut Bay and Aliağa Refinery between 1972-1984. In December 1984, he founded the Levent Shipping company in Izmir Dikili Port and engaged in activities such as international ship chartering, provision services, shipping agency for Turkish and foreign flagged vessels. He served as Dikili Port Representative of the Turkish Shipowners’ Association and as Dikili Liaison Officer of the Chamber of Shipping. He left Dikili port in 1995 and continues its activities in Güllük port with Levent Shipping.
